Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He provided the voices of many of the characters from Rocko's Modern Life, mostly Heffer Wolfe. He is especially known for his long-running-roles as SpongeBob SquarePants (as well as Gary the Snail and Patchy the Pirate) in the television series of the same name. He also voices Gibson on Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, The Mayor from The Powerpuff Girls, and Dog from CatDog.
