Timothy Joseph "Tim" Hill was a writer and story editor for Rocko's Modern Life from seasons 2-4. He along with Nick Jennings and Derek Drymon helped Stephen Hillenburg develop SpongeBob and he wrote for the show from seasons 1 and 4. Afterwards, he mainly directs for movies now.
