Seymour is a crazy old ram with a Yiddish accent who claims that he has boils on his buttocks that are bigger than Rocko. He first appears in the episode "Tickled Pinky" (in which his voice actor is uncredited) and has a line in the song "Spring Cleaning" from "Zanzibar!".
