Mr. and Mrs. Rama (née Hootsen) are Rocko's parents are minor characters from Rocko's Modern Life. They appeared in photo in Rocko's House in, "Rocko's Modern Christmas", and "Trash-O-Madness". Rocko's Mom also has a major part in the theme song. At the beginning of the episode "Who's For Dinner?" Rocko is talking on the phone with his mom. The only episode that they all appeared in person was in the episode, "Wimp on the Barby", where Rocko says goodbye to them quickly when he's trying to run away from his old childhood bully, Dingo and trying to catch his flight to America.
