Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling is an upcoming TV movie. It was announced in August 2016, and is set to premiere in 2018 [1]
Plot
Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling centers on Rocko and his friends as they return to earth after being lost in space for 20 years. Rocko has trouble accepting this 21st century modern life, while Heffer and Filburt embrace every aspect of new technology, social media and the endless diversity of food trucks. Rocko whole-heartedly believes that his nostalgia for the past can save him from the tortures of the modern world. [2]
