Robert McNally Scull (born July 31, 1971) is a crew member of Rocko's Modern Life. In seasons 1-3 he was paired up with Doug Lawrence. In season 4, he got promoted to director, and he was paired up with Rob Porter. After Rocko's Modern Life, he served as the supervising director and co-writer for the KaBlam shorts, Sniz and Fondue, during seasons two and three. He is the co-creator of Bubbles Guppies and Butterbean's Cafe with Jonny Belt. In 2019, he directed the episode from DreamWorks' Dragons: Rescue Riders.
