Robert Forrest Hughes (born October 16, 1961) is an animation director of Rocko's Modern Life. After the show ended, he went to work on The Angry Beavers and a few of the Klasky Csupo produced shows. He went to work with Dan Povenmire and Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh on their shows Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law.
