Robert "Rob" Porter is a crew member of Rocko's Modern Life. During the beginning of the show, he served as character and prop designer on season 1 and some episodes of season 2, and storyboard cleanup artist only on season 1. For half of season 2 and 3, he designed the backgrounds. In season 4, he became an additional writer and assistant storyboard artist, paired up with Robert McNally-Scull. After Rocko, he served as the supervising director for CatDog, which also featured several Rocko crew.
