Red Dragon is a dragon with red skin and green hair who appears in the episode "Who Gives a Buck".

He appears in Rocko's nightmare when he is dropped into a pit by the chopped up pieces of his Conglom-O Credit Card. When Rocko reaches the bottom, the Red Dragon appears and says "Don't leave home without it" and then starts laughing maniacally. The next scene is Rocko screaming before finally awakening after the fear inducing dream.
