O-Town is the fictional town in the United States where which Rocko and his friends live. It is apparently located somewhere near the Great Lakes. Views of the city's location on a fictional US map place the town near the Wisconsin/Illinois border. O-Town is depicted as a typical, generic American city with most features you would find in any city of a substantial enough size. O-Town's city hall is significantly influenced by the heartless Conglom-O Corporation, the biggest corporate company in town. It got its name from all the products, which have the letter "O" in their name, such as Suck-O-Matic.
