Nosey is a minor character of Rocko's Modern Life. She was a talk show hostess who uses anger issues for ratings increases in her TV show. Subsequently, she ended up becoming a news anchor.
Appearence[]
Nosey is a medium-sized light bluish-purple raccoon with dark bluish-purple on parts of her tail and head's fur, wearing red glasses. In her talk show, she wears a red sweater and blue pants. After becoming a news anchor, she wears a coat with a shirt underneath and a skirt, with a flower-like decoration for the neck.

In Static Cling, she is seen wearing three different news anchor outfits consisting of the same attire but changing colors, which were orange, green, and dark blue. In her orange outfit, her shirt is purple-pink, while in the green and dark blue outfit her shirt is white.
Background[]
In "Speaking Terms", Rocko and Heffer were in a huge fight due to Heffer forgetting Rocko's birthday and Nosey tries to mediate them (while on the commercial break telling them to act angrier toward each other). By the end of the episode, Rocko and Heffer make up which causes the audience to get up and leave, but Filburt (who is in the audience) gets the two to tell a story about aliens in Rocko's basement which lures the audience back and saves Nosey's show. She returns as a news anchor in Static Cling.
