Mr. Ickk is an exterior parasite who lives on top of Rocko's pet dog Spunky. He is the boss of Bloaty the Tick who was invited to dinner by Bloaty. Bloaty's friend Squirmy the Ringworm cooked the meal in an attempt to impress Mr. Ickk, but burnt it. Mr. Ickk was voiced by Charlie Adler.
