Mr. Cheese is a character in Wacky Delly, a show that Rachel Bighead produced to get out of her contract. Created by Filburt, Mr. Cheese is also the most popular character in Wacky Delly (or so he claims). He only appeared in the half-hour episode, Wacky Delly. His original name was Lester Roquefort, and his original design was simply a photorealistic, face- and limbless cheese, but was redesigned by Heffer to better fit the rest of Wacky Delly's not too-cohesive aesthetic. He's the only character on Wacky Delly who wasn't a meat product. Filburt proved to be quite protective of his creation, reminding Heffer that "[he's] the cheese, [he] knows what he says and don't says!" when the latter claimed the prior's dialogue (which would end up going to Sal Ami instead) was off-character.
He's also the second anthropomorphic cheese character on Rocko's Modern Life. The first is Hurl, one of the members of The Enchanted Upchucks in Flu-In-U-Enza.
