Mr. Bull is Heffer's biological father living in Canoga Park with a cow named Joyce. He only appears in one episode; Who's For Dinner?
History[]
After Heffer learned of his adoption, he had thought that his supposedly "real" father was dead. Heffer cried at his father's supposed grave before he appeared in an apparition and told Heffer that, in spite of the circumstances, he wasn't really dead. He also revealed to Heffer that his biological mother was dead and had been turned into a car seat. It is clear in his only appearance that he is a very neglectful, uncaring, and mean father, going as far as to unneededly call Heffer a nuisance, and ugly, before shutting "the window" on him - a very fatal blow to someone already in a moment of weakness - this crushing experience helped Heffer learn to appreciate the Wolfes as his real family, even if he isn't a literal wolf.
