Jeffrey "Jeff" A Myers is a crew member of Rocko's Modern Life. He had worked on The Simpsons, King of the Hill, The Cleveland Show, and Rick and Morty.
In seasons 1-3, all of his episodes were with Timothy Björklund. In season 4 he got promoted to director and got paired up with fellow animation director John McIntyre.
