Summary
Heffer buys a hypnotism kit and uses it to hyptonize Rocko. While Rocko is hypnotized he acts like a dog and runs away. Heffer and Filburt have to go and buy the second part to the hypnotism kit to learn how to undo it. Meanwhile Mrs. Bighead discovers a naked Rocko and thinks he is a dog and takes him to her house and names him Fluffy. When Heffer and Filburt come back to undo the spell on him, Bev thinks he ran away but Ed Bighead gets her a fish named Fluffy instead.
