George Maestri was a writer for Rocko's Modern Life. He worked on the show during its entire run, being one of only two writers (alongside Martin Olson) to write for all 4 seasons.[1] In addition to writing, he was credited under several positions in Trash-O-Madness and served as the technical supporter for seasons 1-3.

Maestri had previously worked with Joe Murray on Murray's short film, My Dog Zero.[2] Following Rocko, he served as an animation producer for South Park,[2] and founded animation studio Rubberbug in 1996.[3] Maestri also serves as an animation teacher for lynda.com.[4]
