Garbage Rats

The Garbage Rats are two rats who work as O-Town's garbage men. They make various cameo appearances in the series, most notably during Garbage Day in "Trash-O-Madness" and in "Popcorn Pandemonium" where they star in a musical movie called Garbage Strike where they go on strike. In the same episode, they refuse to clean a giant popcorn mess in the movie theater because they're on strike. The rats were voiced by Carlos Alazraqui. They also make an appearance in Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling.
