Colonel Frank Hutchison is Dr. Hutchison's dad, Filburt's father-in-law, Gilbert, Norbert, Missy, and Shellbert's grandfather and Widow Hutchsion's husband. He is also the owner and founder of Colonel H's Barnstormin' Ice Cream Parlors, Inc.
History[]
He is at first believed to be dead, and he even mocks the way Widow Hutchison is dressed saying she is "still in mourning". When Hutch addresses Frank as "Daddy", Rocko and Heffer are suprised that Widow Hutchison is married to a turtle, given her speciest attitude and revealing her as a hypocrite.
