Mr. Bull is Heffer's biological father living in Canoga Park with a cow named Joyce. He only appears in one episode; Who's For Dinner?
History[]
After Heffer learned of his adoption, he had thought that his real father was dead. Heffer cried at the latter's supposed grave before he appeared and told the latter he wasn't really dead. He also revealed to Heffer that his mother was dead and had been turned into a car seat. It is clear in his only appearance that he is very neglectful as a father to his son, much less even care about him. He is uncaring, and downright mean, going as far as to drop a very uncalled-for harsh and cruel bombshell on his son about being a nuisance to him, and calling him ugly before shutting "the window" on him - a very fatal blow to someone already in a moment of weakness.
