Doug Ninneman is an employee at Conglom-O. He first appears at a board meeting in Closet Clown where Mr. Dupette is boredly making the lizards play the Name Game. Only his voice is heard. He wins and doesn't get fired, unlike Heathwood. He finally appears in person in Magic Meatball, as Ed Bighead's predecessor in the employee advancement program (with his first name misspelled as "Dug" on the door). When he falls behind in his work, he's dropped through a trapdoor by Mr. Noway.

Trivia

• Ninneman's species is difficult to determine. Although only his voice is heard in Closet Clown, he must be a lizard there because unlike Ed Bighead and Dupette, all the visible executives seen at the boardroom table are lizards. However, when he appears physically in Magic Meatball and gets dropped through the trapdoor, he's a pig. It's unclear if this in error, and if so, which episode made the mistake, or if there are actually two different Ninnemans working at Conglom-O (which is possible).
