Cindy Wolfe is Heffer's adoptive sister, and the daughter of George Wolfe and Virginia Wolfe. She is voiced by Linda Wallem.
Personality[]
Usually used as a background character, she speaks in a voice reminiscent of a valley girl. Cindy is a parody of stereotypical teenage girls and their tendency to gravitate towards over-dramatic rebelliousness and unusual fads or phases, such as the time she took a (revealed later to be temporary) vow of silence. She gets upset when she believes that her parents are fighting, adding to George's temper and Virginia's stress. Little else is known of her, although in Driving Mrs. Wolfe Cindy mentions she goes to poetry meetings.
Appearance[]
Cindy is a light blue wolf, having a darker blue nose. She wears a light brown shirt with brown shorts of a darker shade. She keeps her hair frizzy and elevated. Cindy also has red lipstick, a silver earring on her left ear and purple eye shadow.
