Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler (born October 2, 1956) is an American voice actor and voice director, known for his roles as Buster Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures and Ickis on Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.
He provided the voices of a multitude of the characters from Rocko's Modern Life, including Ed and Bev Bighead, Gladys Hippo, and Mr. Dupette.
