Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist and voice actor. He provided the voices of Rocko, Spunky, Leon Chameleon and many of the characters from Rocko's Modern Life. He is best known voicing as Eduardo from Hey Arnold!, Mr. Crocker in The Fairly OddParents, Lazlo in Camp Lazlo, Grandpapi Rivera in El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Bobbi Fabulous on Phineas and Ferb, Scooter in SpongeBob SquarePants and Ricochet in ¡Mucha Lucha! for the first two seasons before he was replaced by Jason Marsden for the third season.
