Captain Compost Heap (also called "CCH" by Heffer) was the compost heap and a character who made his first appearance in the musical-style episode "Zanzibar".
He makes a brief appearance in Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling where he is seen singing the recycle song before he is crushed by Rocko's house after coming back to Earth, he is later confirmed to have died in a newscast.
