Andy Houts (born June 23, 1965) was a writer of Rocko's Modern Life, working on only one episode in season 2. He was well known for working on some of the Klasky Csupo shows such as Rugrats, Duckman, Aaahhh!!! Real Monsters, as well as the Simpsons when they produced the show before Film Roman took over. He died on February 26, 1997 of brain tumor.
