Alan E Smart (born October 10, 1963) is an animation director of Rocko's Modern Life. He previously worked on the Simpsons at the time. He then work on shows such as Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, CatDog, and Sanjay and Craig. He is best known for SpongeBob SquarePants in which he been working on the show since its beginning.
